It is possible that the CPU fan is spinning too slow which allows the CPU to over heat and restarts you're system. (A safety feature for all MB's). Or the CPU fan has built up too much dust. Try cleaning the CPU fan with canned air and a clean paint brush. Try to free the dust from the under side of the fan blades with the paint brush. You can also add a case fan or two. This will supply more fresh air and help keep the MB and CPU cooler. If you're MB is five years old or older it is a good idea to replace the thermal past between the heatsink assembly and the CPU.
