Question about Xerox Phaser 7750DN Laser Printer
Cartridge was replaced but continue to receive the same error even after calibration.
1. The toner is blocked or clumped in the dispense tubes. - Carefully remove the dispense tubes of the toner dispense system and check for a blockage in the dispense tubes. 2. The toner cartridge is not opening or augering correctly and the toner is not flowing into the dispense system. - First check the affected color(s) for toner availability, make sure that the dispense system is not being starved for toner due to a defective toner cartridge. Replace if found to be defective.
