My epson C62 printer is refusing to print black. I have run the head cleaning a number of times and also changed the black ink cartridge (altho I am pretty sure this was at least 1/2 full). Still nothing.
HELP?!!
Epson Head clean using approved cleaner or "Windex with ammonia"
Step 1. Press the “Change Ink” button on your printer.
Step 2. You can now move the cartridge housing freely.
Step 3. Move the cartridge housing to the left and out of the way.
Now, inject a little solution onto the cap assembly.
Step 4. Place a folded paper towel on the bottom of the printer.
Step 5. Move the cartridge housing over the paper towel and remove the
cartridges.
Step 6. Slowly inject the head cleaning solution into the ink inlet ports as
shown.
Step 7. Remove the paper towel and insert your cartridges back into the
printer. Lastly, all you have to do is run a print head cleaning cycle to prime the cartridges.
