Check for power at the wall outlet, check for a manual switch/circuit breaker/fuse on the back. Check the battery in the remote, is it good.
The internal switchmode power supply usually has a power disconnect fuse, it may have operated. Internal components are difficult to service unless your a trained tech with the correct tools to disassemble the TV. Suggest you take the TV to a repair shop.
