If this is a valid Adobe license then you should have no problem calling Adobe Tech support. Just be sure you are legal with this number.

you can download the drivers here http://www.userdrivers.com/Motherboard/Intel-D845GEBV2-Motherboard/download/ select the audio driver (NO5) and download .hope this helps

The JVC unit has a RED wire, it sounds like this is connected to a power source that is ON with ignition...this is OK. Your unit also has a YELLOW wire, and it sounds like this also connected to a power source that is ON with ignition.....NOT OK....this wire needs to be connected to a power source that is On all the time.
