What type of phone do u have...just saying the screen doesn't light up hardly helps...i need to know the model of the phone before i could determine how the problem can be fixed...
they're 100's of kyrocera phones but if your phone is a flip phone it's most likely that your screen or flex cable might be damaged and it's most likely from a fall. They both either would have to be replaced either one or the other.thanks !

The internal screen flex might have disconnected or got damaged. You might need to get open the DS by a qualifiad person as if you open it foir yourself, might get more damaged
what you'll ned to do is remove back cover then battery, after these are removed you will need a small philips screw driver remove all screws( make sure you do this over a lite colored towel incase you drop one it won't bounce and easyer to find) you will then remove plastic piece which protect internal components, generally you push in and up away from the other part of phone, once this is done you'll be able to the internal workings, but it won't be a bad soldering job but a very small ribbon wire connection that will be off and it should be towards the top of the phone aka near ear speaker, reconnect the two put it back togetther and it should be as good as gold.
Hi, maybe you can take a try of this rescue program called BootSuite. I came across similar blue screen situaiton on my HP laptop (win 7) and it helped me get rid of it and rescued my data back. It is an awesome toolkit that includes a boot CD and several other data rescue tools that help get your PC going even if Windows won't start or computer won't boot up at all. Good luck.
your firmware is corrupt, the only way to revive your phone is re flashing it.Its hard to do, and by doing it wrong may damage your phone. To safely retrieve your phone is let the experts do it or go to a near cell repair shop and let them help you out,
if you want to do it your self, try this
first you need is a RSD lite program or flash and back-up to flash or reformat your Motorola,
to enter the bootloader
hold
* then the # then power button, your phone will boot to bootloader, and
you will see there the flash program of your phone,
start the program rsd lite or flash and backup then connect it to your computer VIA usb, automatically the program will detect your phone,
i prefer that you first buck up your firmware by using F&B (Flash and backup) then use RSD lite to flash your Motorola,
RSD lite its much easier to use than F&B, but for safety backup first your firmware,
Might be worth taking it into a phone repair shop to see if they can replace the LCD screen. (yes, a phone repair shop - a lot of them do portable console screens too!) If they can't do it, it's probably unfixable realistically.
its a kyrocera cell phone
