With my crystal ball I can see its a Technics 4 part Hifi micro system you have although the image is just too fuzzy for me to tell which model.!

Joking apart...Your power amp module has a blown channel. These are specific Technics modules and some for the 3/4/5 channel units are quite expensive UK £40-80 just for the module + fitting costs

No DIY fix I'm afraid

That's a pretty standard setup. RCA cables from the KM207 to the preamp (KC207), and RCA cables from all of the other components into the KC207. Speakers connect into the KM207

My cassette deck wont work, can i cut the feed to the cassette deck and do away with it,thanks

Yes it is possible to do away with the player but disabling the power would be enough in some cases but in some the main processor will need a feedback to confirm before the whole set is activated.

Since you have so many items in your music system, it is the correct connection that matters. Any wrong connection (sequence wise) will give errors. So, follow the instructions that came with each one of them.

Have a jvc MX-J500. (purchased as a previously owned unit) When a cd is inserted in any of the three trays it just says "no Disc". Radio works as well as the cassette player. System was dusty but appeared...

You could try a CD lens cleaning disc which will clean any dust off the laser lens. But it is possible the laser power can be low if it is an old player. this will stop the discs being read fence the fault No CD as it cant see the disc. This will mean either a new laser assembly or complete CD deck. Try the cleaning disc first and if that does not work take it to a service centre or just use it as a radio cassette in the garage.

Lost the manual, can't get hooked up

You need to use an audio CDr, data or computer CDr's will not work in this machine. I don't know this specific machine, but usually you select the input, then 'rec type' eg manual,1 track or 1 disc, then press record to get into record pause, start your source, then press play on the unit to start recording. To finalize, you press finalize then either the play or rec button to start the finalize process.
