Error code e00001-0002 in ir 2270/2870 canon copier

The error you are giving isn't a toner error. It relates to a loss of communication with the pedestal. Canon's service manual says to check the cable leading down to the pedestal. If still properly seated, replace the DC Controller Board or Pedestal Control Board.

remove your doveloper unit and check sensor, it is luse or re fix again ,........

if it has a paper jam. it should show on the display/panel which the position jammed.
then you open up the cover of it..
