I can not add music

In Windows Explorer, right-click on your drive I: and select "Properties". In the displayed window will be two numbers, "used space" and "free space" ... make sure you have enough free space to hold the music you're trying to copy to it. If you think you have enough free space, post back with the numbers, and we'll go from there.

Missing file folders

since u have done a format on your mp3 player all files will be deleted. so you cant all those folders back. when you try pasting them back to your mp3 player then it says not enough space. first you check if there is any enough space in your mp3 player. after that try transferring few files at a time. this should work out.

Sansa m230

whenever i turn on my sansa m230 mp3 player, it displays the message, "not enough space for music DB, please free 8mb." And so i plug it into my friends computer and when i open the music folder on the device, its empty, even though it says that there is quite a bit of space used up. Do you have any answers?.
