Question about M-Audio StudioPro 4 Main / Stereo Speaker

1 Answer

Stopped working I got my m-audio studiopro 4 speakers a year ago. about a month ago, I cleaned out a bunch of files from my computer, and my speakers stopped working. I thought at first that maybe i deleted something I didn't need to, but no, I know for a fact I didn't delete anything that I didn't know what it was. The speakers still power up, it's just that no sound comes out. I've fiddled with the volume, unplugged and replugged them, checked if my computer was muting them or something.... nothing. Someone help?

Sorry I don't have a solution, but the speakers have done the same with us. Power comes on, some sound like the wire shorting out, but otherwise no sound. Tried different connection wires, different computers (mac and pc) but no go on any of them. So, I also don't think it has anything to do with you deleting some files.

Where can I find replacement parts for these speakers?

Your best bet is to replace them for $79

Otherwise you are limited to being able to replace with the same size but not the same part. In other words, no one makes exact replacement parts for those.
