Question about HP Photosmart C5280 Printer
Well i tried everything and i think i found the solution. I have the same problem when i spotted something when i was reading the manual. I am sure that you have the printer connected to a extention that takes 1 wall outlet and gives you more. This leads to the paper jam problem because the printer takes less power from the one needed and shows error so if you put the cable to a direct wall outlet voila the problem is solved enjoy!!!!!
I hope this helps you it helped me :P

Just check the rollers for debris or any tiny piece of paper. Sometimes using refilled cartridges also can cause this error. Should that not work, you could try a hard reset: unplug printer from pc and mains. wait about 10-15 minutes and while holding down the power button, connect to mains and tho pc. Hopefully that should work.
