Question about HP Compaq Presario V6000T Notebook
I have only had my COmpaq Presario V6000 laptop for a little over a year and all of sudden I got a box saying it would shut down in one minute and it started a countdown. Ever since I've been trying to boot it, if it does get past the windows screen it starts going crazy and then goes black.
Is this a hard drive problem??
This is not a hard drive problem. The reason for the display of the box showing the message is that one or more of your critical system processes got stopped somehow. Your system files may have got corrupted and may be as a result of that your computer is behaving weird. I too had the same experience.
Try reinstalling the Operating System. It sure did work for me.
