I want to unlock it

The Mobile Device Unlock code allows the device to use a SIM card from another wireless carrier. This may be necessary when traveling internationally. To enter the Mobile Device Unlock code, follow these steps:
  1. See if your phone is eligible to unlock: Mobile Wireless Device Unlocking.
  2. Contact Customer Care to request the Mobile Device Unlock code for your phone.
  3. Turn on the phone with the non-T-Mobile SIM card. The device displays 'Please input unlock code.'
  4. Enter the unlock code. If successful, the device displays 'Phone is unlocked.'
  5. Stop if you receive an error message. The device may lock permanently if the incorrect code is entered multiple times.

How do I connect a new smart phone to hands free car phone

You can connaect a new smart phone to your car one of two ways. 1. Using the audio jack that is on the phone like you would put in headphones, or hands free device. 2. Sync it to a reciever via "Bluetooth" device. You do this like you would any other bluetooth device. (settings, bluetooth, manage devices, scan for new device, pair with device, done) ^^ Good luck.

My Bluetooth device (CE 0979) has just stopped working. Green light flashes non-stop. How do I get it going again?

Turn off the Bluetooth device and turn off your phone. Turn your phone back On. In your phone go to Bluetooth and remove permission for the device. Re-start your phone. Turn your phone back on and pair your device. The passcode is probably 0000 (four zeros). Once paired it should work properly.

(Note: Make sure your Bluetooth device is fully charged before attempting to pair it.)

Bluetooth pairing issue w/ jabra headset & Samsung SGH A-707

what you have to do is turn on the bluetooth of the other device and at the same time your phone's bluetooth is on. If your phone is the only device that the bluetooth is on near you then it your phone will not find a device. Cause your phone searches for another bluetooth device,therefore.....it doesn't include itself.
