Change what? I am making the assumption you are not referring to the A/C equipment, but perhaps the thermostat?

If so, what is the make and model of the thermostat?

My Thermador RDDS30VRS only heats up to 230 degrees

If you have the use and care manual, check to see if your unit has the option to change from farenheit to celcius. If so, make sure yours was not accidentally changed to celcius.

How do i switch from farenheit to celcius? thanks

Take your temp in Farenheit and subtract 32. Then take your answer and multiply by 9/5 or 1.8 and that gives you your answer. (farenheit -32) x 1.8 = Celcius

*1.8 then +32

i.e.
0C + 0*1.8 + 32 = 32F

Convert temp control from celcius to farenheit

This sounds like a Jacuzzi. This is hard to describe. In the control box, on the circuit board, in the upper right corner there is a small bunch of pins in 2 rows 5 or 6 in length. one set of pins have a black jumper on them, remove the jumper and temp should go to farenheit. Turn off power to spa before doing this.

Celcius to farenheit

If you take the control assembly out of the dash and look behind it, the connector has a black wire in position D7 (little letters and numbers are printed on the connector). This wire will have a connector on it, pull this connector apart and your display will now be in *F

Changing the temp. from Celcius to Farenheit

The correct formula is to take the Celcius degrees and multiple by 1.8 and then add 32.

or

F = (C x 1.8) + 32
