The specifications that you need are the model number off the opener. Then check the yellow pages for a Liftmaster or Chamberlain dealer. They will help you in a heart beat.
From the wall control there are 2 wires. One with a red stripe goes to terminal #1. One solid white goes to terminal #2. From the door sensors the solid white wires go to terminal #2 and the 2 wires with black stripes go to terminal #3.
The keypad outside has manuals online that you could use, but for simplicity, Have someone go to that back of the machine and press the "Learn" button, once its is pressed, the yellow light should blink. Enter a new code (4digit) into the keypad and press the enter button. You should then hear a click and the lights on the machine should flash. That will program your keypad.
Go to the middle of the page 'Search Product Manuals'.
Type in your model #, xxx-xxxxxx of the garage door open.
