Gateway Destination Computer Montior

I bought the Gateway Destination system back in 1998, the computer is too old to use with everything and I now own a laptop. Is there anyway i can use the monitor from the system as a basic tv or for video games? the only ports/jacks on it are the AC power, VGA port, And red/white audio in jacks.
