Sounds like the door interlocking system. Is the door closing properly? Is there anything in the way?

check lid switch and pump and drain hose for blockage also see if belt is slipping

take the airgap apart. located on top of sink. clean out and reassemble.

without model unablr to look up exact unit, but in genreral, either ther is a blockage/clog in oyour drain line not alowing complete drain of cycle, as far as never really washing, i would look into perhaps a faulty/ sloppy door switch assembly. if for some reason the dorr latch "loses contact" the machine will take that as someone openig the door and thus stopping from proceding in cycle.with complete model umber i may bbe able to assist further

yes does sound like a "stuck"button within the membrane switch cause constant restarting and/or re-cycling. wire diagram and tech sheet are generally located under the lower acesss panel(unless previous repair ***** returned it). tried looking up the part couldnt find exact model match mine all ended in Q1,Q2, ** Q3, but parts from my models ranged from 110-165

blockage in the drain hose somewhere
