Question about Dishwashers
Could anyone help me with this please?
I have a CDA CW 446 (It has a Whirlpool Home Appliances sticker inside the dishwasher door) that won't work.
I've used the 'rinse' mode to drain any water, then restarted it and this has worked intermittently in the past. But now it's not really working.
What happens is, I turn it on, choose the '55 degree setting' and close the door, after a short while you hear a pump noise for about a second then it goes 'beep beep' (2 second silence) 'beep', then repeats this until I turn the power switch to off.
When you open the door the 'green light is flashing on and off over the 55 degree setting'.
Could anyone help me with this. Ideally how to 'reset' the dishwasher or similar?
Is there a reset button on it? If so, press that. There are also sequences of buttons which one has to push to reset it. These are kept secret. Try pressing Hi Temp and Heated Dry, turn loose and press again within Five seconds. Or turn off the electricity and see if that resets it

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
