The Lexmark WEB site may have a Windows 7 printer driver for your model printer, if not then Lexmark considers this model printer too old or it is incompatible with Windows 7.

You'll need to reset the factory defaults. Download the User Guide (PDF) from here: http://www.lexmark.com/publications/pdfs/2007/4800/en.html (I'm assuming you have the something in the 4800 series of printers, though you posted your question in the 5400 series section)
