Well the problem is with the handset. or did you accidentally dropped the phone? if not you must bring your phone to where you purchase the phone and have it check. if there is a problem then it needs to be fixed or if it still under the waranty, your store may replace it... :)

your keypad is in good condition? cause sometimes the keypad is still in press. if is not try format your phone but first back-up your files. when format press * key, call key and 3 key and power key. always update your phone to the latest firmware. *#0000# to check the firmware
may be your keypad might have worn out or your phonse's software might be under problem. try replacing the keypad in your phone and check it out. it it does not work still then remove the user serviceable parts like panels batteries and clean then using a clean damp cotton cloth.be sure the cloth is not much wet to affect the ic's of the phone.it this also does not work get a pro to attend your phone's software problem,
So you take out the battery then put it back. Then you press the power-on button and it powers up. After that .... nada. You cant gert it to do anything? What happens if you call the cell phone? Does it ring? Can you answer it?
If the answers are that you cannot get it to do anything - even answer calls then the firmware is corrupted. You will need to bring it back to the store to have it fixed.
