I am getting a Fault #6 on my new Krups Compact Automatic Espresso Maker and one drip of water comes out of frothing attachment. Any idea what #6 means? I unplugged and replugged and readout is back to normal but drip is still appearing. Any answers?

Machine is dead. Is there a fuse somewhere? Krups Espresseria.

There is no easily replaceable fuse unless you are from somewhere like the UK where they have a fuse in their giant wall plug on the end of the cable. Some of those Espresserias had a switch button fault where part of the button can break and the button will no longer activate the switch.

My Krups XP 9000 showing "Service 2 contact hotline" Has anybody figured out how to fix it. Krups has been no help on this one they said they do not have a service manual on it. They never made one.

I think that error code means it needs a new motor driving unit for the brewing unit. Tell me what it does in detail when you attempt to make a coffee. screaming_skull@hotmail.com

Krups Espresseria Automic XP7200 coffee machine

As this is an automatic espresso machine, I suspect that the cake container is where the "used" pucks of ground coffee drop into after your espresso is extracted. The container may not be fully seated in position. See if there is a door on the machine that the container may be hiding behind.
Good Luck.
