I have a Denon avr 391 and it worked fine for 4 years. Now I cannot get any sound out of it. Any idea what's going on. Help

could be a bad headphone jack. There was a commong problem with denon receivers around that time where the headphone jack had contacts that would short and make the unit act like there were headphone plugged in even when there wasn't. Sometimes you can clear the error by inserting a headphone plug and unplugging it a couple times. If it continues to happen, then you can get the headphone jack replaced.

If you have done a Denon reset and you still get the same thing, the hdmi/network pcb which is on the same board as the hdmi is defective.

Perhaps your input source is set wrong? The manual is available at... http://www.manualslib.com/manual/254807/Denon-Avr1912.html

I just purchased a used Denon AVR-3200 and have nothing hooked up yet but plugged it in on my kitchen counter and upon turning the unit on, noticed the error overload button was lit up but the unit did not...

Hi

I've had an AVR 3200 for about 10 years - occasionally (maybe once every 6 months), the error overload button comes on... for no real reason than i can detect (ghosts in the machine, maybe)... rebooting has always fixed it for me.
