Question about HP PSC 1510 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have installed new toners. The allignment page prints perfectly fine, but when you go to send anything to the printer, it simply sits idle. Nothing is sitting in que.
I uninstalled all the printer software and reinstalled the most current driver from the net and still nothing.
Someone suggested that the printer is just "fried" and I don't buy it because if fried the allignment page would not print.
Help if you can...
Go to Start, Printers and Faxes. Right click on your printer and make sure that it is set as the default printer. Delete any other printers that may be listed in there.
Got to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services. Stop and re-start the print spooler service. Make sure it is set to automatic.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
