Screen Problems

Suddently the screen turn on a green color, with spots and bad bad resolution. Recovered with toshiba discs, and the problem continues.
Sometimes (twice), it happen to blinks normal...as we moved the laptop. I want to know where should I take the laptop as I am in Brazil since May 9th. I bought it at the end of April 2008 at Best Buy in Miami.
It is a Toshiba satellite A305-S6829
