Question about Cell Phones
Hi,when a phone say memory full,it mean that the memory where you store data and applications is full.
If you have an external memory storage, you can transfer data into it.I guess the phone memory if fulland there is not more space to store more data.
If it's a Nokia phone, when you transfer data, through bluetooth transfer it stores in the message inbox.and when not deleted, can also give you message full alert.
Have a nice day.

It means that theres no enough disk space on your phone. If your phone does have memory card then you can transfer some files from your phone to the memory card e.g. pictures, musics.
If your phone does not support memory card then you have to delete some messages or entries that you no longer need ir simply format your phone but make sure you back up your contacts and some info that you cant afford to lose
hope this help

you need to format your phone. try the soft format of *#7370# , if this doesnt work then do a hard format by folowing these steps
1. Make sure you have at least 3/4 charge of battery power left.
2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card.
3. Switch-off your phone.
4. Press and hold these 3 keys; Green dial key, * (star key) and no. 3 key and then press the power on/off to switch on the phone.
Do not let go all of the keys, hold until you see a formatting word screen show!
5. After a few minutes when the full phone formatting completed, your phone will be back to original system and factory setttings.
All applications installed will be lost unless you've made a backup on your mmc. You can restore the backup to the C drive again.
You should also try to save all your data on the mmc, that includes pics, mp3, videos ,games. avoid saving data on phone memory unless you have no memory card (mmc)
Formating phone will delete all your files in the phone memory so you should back up all your data before doig a full format

to empty your phone memory, you have to first access the memory first.
1. go to the menu
2. select multimedia,
3. select my stuffs,
4. there you can see the files on the phone and on the memory card,
5. when you select any of the items (image, sound, documents etc) there,
6. select the options and choose either to move it to external memory or delete the item.
then you phone memory will be free.
