Question about Sibelius 3 Student Edition
Back them up. Just in case. Or install to a different location. Even if they say the install is "safe" I would do this. I've been burned a few times by installers that blow out the old directory without warning. It's annoying enough to have to set up your preferences again but redoing a lot of work is not on the fun list.
So play it safe and copy them off to a temp directory. If you don't need them then it only took a minute to copy them. If it blows them out how long would it take to rebuild them???? ;-]
