Question about Whirlpool Ultimate Care II LSQ9549L Top Load Washer
First verify you have 220 volts of power at the terminal block on the rear of the dryer.
If power is OK use your volt meter set for continuity and check the door switch. With the door closed it should get a reading.
Finally, remove the rear panel from the dryer and check the thermal fuse located on the left of the main exhaust duct. It is about 1 and 1/2 inches long by 1/2 inch wide and white in color.
Remove the 2 wires and check for continuity with the meter.
No continuity is a bad fuse.
It is replaceable,not re-settable.
