If the microwave is not heating check magnetron connections, probably you will need to replace the magnetron.

Bought a deep fryer at an estate sale model ADF 180T--there was not an instruction manuel--where do I get one?

contact the manufacture and ask if they have a manual. you can also "google" it and see if you can find info about it online. also try and find out who sells or sold it, they may be able to help you with the manual. one last thing, most of these fryers all work the same and have very simple controls, usually just on and off. so just heat it up, stick your stuff in for 3 to 5 minutes and your good to go

Ok we have a fry master natural gas fryer serial number 0401LP0001 model number BIH252CSD and we are trying to figure out if it has to be hooked up to a 220 plug or if we can use a 110?

look on the back of the fryer for an info sticker/plate that lists the specs for the unit...you'll see the voltage and phasing required for it...as an example, the picture below shows a 208V 3 phase unit...in general, i think 110V full size fryers would be rare if they exist at all...

Microwave not heating up

Magnatron is suspect. Need to put a voltmeter on the input (primary) side to the high-voltage transformer (big heavy iron thing in there) Should be getting 120Vac when it goes to cook cycle. Don't touch the other (high voltage) side of this transformer. If the power is there, you are looking at replacing either the magnatron or the high-voltage capacitor and diode. Its affordable if you do it yourself - buy the part on EBAY - lookup "universal magnatron"
