Question about Cell Phones
If your device is still turning on then you can use the pc suite or any software that came with the device. you have to use the data cable for the device if you have one or you can sync it using bluetooth if your PC and device has a bluetooth capability
once both device has been paired then you can use the PC suite to back up your files e.g. contacts, calendar from device to PC
