No one is answering because very few people have encountered that problem. I , on the other hand , have and what i'm about to say won't be good: the power source of the printer has failed (this usually happens after a power surge). You can't fix it yourself, the printer will gonna have to be send to a dealer and that will be expensive. If the printer is older than 2 years then it will be wiser to just junk it, it's not worth the repair money, time for a new one.
