In order to solve your problem I have to let you run several checklists with your help. Before that let me know whether you are a familiar user with the computers, operating systems and hardware. And also let me know whether you are familiar with electronic diagnosis tools.
Describe your last activity with the machine.
Do you have a Laptop or a Desktop? Which Operating system do you use? Have you performed installations? removals of Software applications? Hardware installations? Have you received errors during the last session? Have your machine infected with a virus?
