Question about Kenmore 73502 / 73504 / 73509 Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
In that case the door switches - which have 2 sets of contacts one normally open for the compressor and one normally closed for the lights - are faulty. the lights contacts have broken and now are constantly on, whatever the position of the switch. Replace them, you can do it yourself: buy the parts from a dealer, unplug the fridge, pop off the button and move the wires one by one from the old switch to the new one.
