Question about Televison & Video
The image processor is nearing death, most likely because the voltage from the power source is wrong. Open the tv and test the source, replace all aged parts starting with the capacitors and finally check the voltages at the processor.

This is not the fix for this TV. I guarantee that none of the capacitors exhibit the common bulging characteristics of a faulty capacitor. The common answers to everyone's questions are to replace the capacitors. Most likely the culprit is the inverter board.

i have jvc flat screen tv, the sound is great but no picture, the picture comes on when you turn it on , but flicks off straight away???
