Hi,
This may be the problem with the solenoid valve which is placed on top of the machine.Check this valve whether it works properly. This can be the only reason for water not entering the machine
Thank You

Will start but no water. And only starts at spin cycle what's wrong

Owner's manual? No manual? you may want it anyway in the future. Try: manualslib.com.
Do you have water? Is the water supply valve turned on, both hot and cold? My guess is the last spin cycle never completed to the machines "satisfaction". There may be a problem with the discharge hose, or the pump that moves the water from the outer tank to the discharge drain is not working right. There may be a belt problem or a motor drive problem.

Water does not fill the machine. If I put water in the machine, it cleans perfectly. The water line is turned on.

Check the hose for kinks, check if there is a screen in the hose that is clogged, remove the hose from the machine and turn the water on, see if water flows from it, listen to hear if the inlet solenoid is operating.

High pitched noise

This is a water pump about to blow, or a clogged filter or hose. The fact that you hear it immediately, and limited water level is involved, it's pretty much your bingo.
After turning off the water supply, unscrew the garden hose-like attachments for hot and cold water intake. There is sometimes a small filter right there where the water enters. If they're clogged, clean em.
Take the hoses and run them through an outside plug to make sure they aren't clogged with back flowed dirt from the filter and hard water.
If it still won't fill, you'll need to test the pump.
each machine is different, but if you follow the hoses from where your hoses enter the machine, you should be able to unscrew them at the other end.
Stick them in a deep bucket then turn on the machine and see what the pump does. Is the noise coming from it? (service or replace). Does water gush out of the pump into the bucket? (clean all hoses and filters, buy some machine grease and lube all the moving parts, including opening the water pump and giving it a generous amount of grease.
Put it all back and your squeal will one way or another be gone and you'll have plenty of water

Hot water will not enter machine. Screen filter is clean. Cold is OK.

There's no hot water Some washing machines allow hot water to enter only during certain cycles. Others intermittently allow hot and cold to enter, to temper the temperature of the water. Consult your owner's manual if you are unsure about whether the machine is acting abnormally. If you're sure the machine isn't working the way it used to--or should--try these tests: Is the hot water turned on? If not, turn it on. Is the washer getting cold water but no hot water? If so, check to see if the control panel settings are correct. Is there hot water coming through the proper hose? If not, check to see if the screen inside the water-inlet valve is clean. (The water-inlet valve is the device on the washing machine that the fill hoses are attached to.) If it's clean, you probably have a defective water-inlet valve. If so, completely replace it.

Water is running slow in machine

This is usually caused be either a clogged hose screen (most likely) or low water pressure. To check the hose screen shut off the water to the washer and then unscrew the washer hoses at the washer. You should see wire screen filters either on the end of the hose or in the washer where the hose was attached. Usually the hot water one gets clogged with rust. They don't usually come out so try cleaning it with a stiff brush. Once cleaned connect the hoses, turn on the water and see if it is better.

No drain or spin cycle

Check the following to address the issue--

1. Clogged drain line or water pump
Check to see if there's something stuck inside the pump or the drain hose connected to the pump (pump is usually located at the bottom and towards the back of the washing machine).

2. Water Pump
If the drain line isn't clogged, you may have a problem with the water pump such as a frozen pulley or a broken impeller. If that's the case replace the water pump. Note: if you have a belt driven washer, check the belt(s) for cracks, as this would be a perfect time to replace the belt(s) if needed.

Fisher & Paykel GWL10U2 gets hung up on spin mode

The drain, water pump, or both are clogged with clothing lent or sponge from back of throw rug, etc.

It is easily underneath machine when you lay it down on it's face. Bail out as much water as you can before tipping, the rest will run out on whatever you lay it down on.

Pump comes off with a twist, and connecting hoses come off with spring clips. Clean out all hoses even if they don't appear clogged, with a coat hanger. Clean out water pump by removing face. It has screws or twists off, I can't remember.

No water going to feed machine

There's no hot water Some washing machines allow hot water to enter only during certain cycles. Others intermittently allow hot and cold to enter, to temper the temperature of the water. Consult your owner's manual if you are unsure about whether the machine is acting abnormally.

If you're sure the machine isn't working the way it used to--or should--try these tests:

  • Is the hot water turned on? If not, turn it on.

  • Is the washer getting cold water but no hot water? If so, check to see if the control panel settings are correct.

  • Is there hot water coming through the proper hose? If not, check to see if the screen inside the water-inlet valve is clean. (The water-inlet valve is the device on the washing machine that the fill hoses are attached to.) If it's clean, you probably have a defective water-inlet valve. If so, completely replace it.

There's no water at allIf there's no water at all, make these checks:

  • Is there water getting to the machine?

  • Is the water-volume selector switch set properly and are the control panel buttons pressed in all the way?

  • If you have a Maytag® washer, is the fuse (if there is one) in the control panel at the lid-switch bracket blown?

  • Is there a faint buzzing or humming noise coming from the water-inlet valve? (The water-inlet valve is the device on the washing machine that the fill hoses are attached to.) If you can't hear anything, the water-inlet valve may not be getting any power. If you can hear some noise and there's water present, you may need to completely replace the water-inlet valve.
