Question about Linksys WRT160N Wireless Router
Open a web browser and enter "192.168.0.1".
Enter the username and password.
Under the wireless properties there should be a box with the SSID.
Change what is in it to what you like and apply the new settings at the bottom of the page.

Easiest way is by connecting to the router by its IP address from a web browser and going into the configuration and renaming it.
