Question about Computers & Internet
I just looked up the specs for the Acer Z5600. It comes standard with either 1/2 GB or 1GB of RAM (memory). Usually when you switch from standard to fullscreen video and something else messes up, espescially sound or video speed, it's a matter of not having enough memory. The video card does not have it's own memory, so it has to utilize the system's. The video card alone uses up to 244 MB and if you only have 512MB in the first place, that leaves less than half of your memory left for the rest of the system. You can try turning off anything running in the background that you don't need running while watching fullscreen video, or add more RAM. Hope this helps.
