CANCEL DG ON MY AVAYA 9800

I am not sure why you would want to disable G on the phone. G specifies that you are part of a Hunt Group. To be taken off the hunt group, please contact your phone system administrator. The "D" stands for diverting (forwarding) calls, which means forward unconditional is enabled. To cancel all forwarding, Dial *00

How to divert calls

You can forward all to another extension or to an outside number. You can also forward busy/no answer to both of those, but then it'll cancel your busy/no answer to voicemail. Speaker 41 plus ext or 9 plus outside number will set CF ALL, speaker 43 will set CFBNA, 42 and 44 to cancel. These are the default codes for NEC pro II, Elite, and IPK. The DTP phone also works on other systems that have different codes.

Avaya 18-d Can not use intercom to call another extension...when ext A calls ext B, ext B cannot hear ext A

Is the Microphone on extension A working if you are using the speakerphone. If not try using the hand set with the intercom and see if that works. Can extension A call any other extension and be heard?

How do I use the divert feature on the KX-T7730 phone

There are three types of CALL FORWARDING:

1. All Calls: Means all of your calls will be diverted to another extension

Go On Hook+ Press 711 +Ext. No. + # then go Off Hook

2. Busy/No Answer: Means when your extension is Busy the call diverted to another extension.

Go On Hook +Press 712 + Ext. No. + # then go Off Hook

3. To Oustide CO Line: All calls will be diverted to Outside Line (eg. Mobile Phone/Home Phone)

Go On Hook + 713 + 9 + Number + # + Go Off Hook

Diverting incoming calls to another office

You have posted this question under the Panasonic system, but have mentioned the Avaya IP Office 5410. I can't help you with that.

However, for the "other user" that has the same problem, if you're trying to forward calls directed to your extension, you can forward them to any outside telephone number by using the Call Forward/Do Not Disturb (FWD/DND) button. The code numbers depend on your telephone system (the KX-T7633 can be used on multiple systems), and how your system was programmed by your installer, so I can't describe the exact procedure. Also, your extension may have been blocked from using this feature by your installer.

We have a support package that allows us to make all the changes you need over the Internet for a flat annual fee. If you want your whole system to work properly and all changes to be made for you at a flat budget, call us at 877-236-8376.
