put simply , when you format , you are emptying out all of the file draws in the record room and placing tags on each draw ready for new files
format error indicates that some or all tags are missing /corrupted and the mps doesn't have any idea where to put the files or music you want stored
Hi, Please correct sound driver install. If you are correct install then go to control panel and sound and audio device click and check all points. If all thing ok then one time windows format may be solved your problem. Because some file miss but not error show that time format windows and solved all problem. If not format windows then you are check sound to another computer, you identify what a problem. Thanks..
I would suggest having the hard drive scanned. Sounds as if you have a bad sector muxing up the works. Especially if your doing a clean install. You might also have a hardware fault. Bad memory module or maybe video card. It is hard to say without the full error code it gives.
One or more of the RAM sticks you are using are either bad or not fully compatible with the board. Try taking out one of the RAM sticks and use only one in the first slot and see if the computer boots up. NTLDR Missing errors are almost always due to a bad RAM stick. You must solve this error first before you can troubleshoot the sound.
