Try a store like Goodwill. You might also visit a computer store which recycles computers for customers. They most times would be happy to donate an older machine that will work for you.

I want to study teaching and i dont have money but i want to start next year

Well, depending on your age, your ethnicity, your financial situation you may be eligible for Grant money for College. There are also College loans that you may apply for.
Many of us have started our College career in a Two year Community College and then on to a Four year College. I suggest you actually go to a College which you think you may want to go to, and talk to their Financial Advisor Make an appointment and go. It costs nothing to gain information.
Just a word of advice; make sure that, whatever courses you do take in a Two year College, they transfer to a Four year College as part of the Four year College curriculum for whatever major you decide on. In your case it would be teaching. Good Luck !!!!!!!!!!!

I DONT HAVE A SERIAL NUMBER ADOBE PHOTSHOP 7.0

Are you a student at a college or university? Many colleges offer extremely low priced copies of Photoshop and other adobe products. These can usually be downloaded for free with a university email account or purchased for as little as $30. Check with your college book store and on the college web site.
Photoshop 7 is quite old anyway and you are better off upgrading to Photoshop CS4 or simply downloading Gimp (http://www.gimp.org/) if you want photo editing software for free.

Ask your college if they have WIFI access available. Most colleges offer free WiFi access on there campuses. Ask the IT department about this. You might have to buy an adapter for your computer but it would only be a one time thing. Hope this helps.
