ok now it sounds to me the power pack on the back has shat its self so ufourtanetly u need a new one if u still have a valid warrenty ring dell or go to their web site at www.dell.com and they will happiley help u there number is also their but if u dont have warrenty go to their website and see how much it costs for a new battery but see a friend who has a dell laptop and plug in the power cord it might be your power cord not your com or battery so give it a wirl and if u have any problems email me at firstname.lastname@example.org

Check whether the wireless and Blueetoth enabled in BIOS. If still have problem. Unistall and reinstall the drivers from support.dell.com
