Try either pressing the reset switch, if there is one, or disconnect power to the radio for a few minutes. you can do that by disconnecting the battery.

The disc tray does not eject when the OPEN/CLOSE button is pressed.
Solution
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue. IMPORTANT: The
disc tray will not open while a disc is loading; this is normal
operation. If this is the case, wait until the disc is finished loading
before pressing the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the disc tray.
Make sure the disc tray is not locked; if necessary,
Perform a power reset.
Press and hold the POWER button for 10 seconds until the BD player turns off.
After the BD player turns off, press the POWER button again to turn it back on.
Attempt to open the disc tray by pressing the OPEN/CLOSE button on the front of the BD player.
If the disc tray still does not open and a disc is stuck inside, follow the steps below to force the disc tray to eject:
Turn off the BD player.
Turn the BD player back on.
Immediately after POWER ON is displayed, press the STOP button on the front of the player. IMPORTANT: Only use the STOP button on the front of the BD player. The remote control cannot be used for this operation. NOTES:
The disc tray should eject and the BD player will turn off. If it does not eject, repeat steps A-C.
It may be necessary to press the STOP button in step C two or three times.
If the issue is still unresolved, service may be required
I had the same problem like this on my machine. The best way to fix it is to turn the machine off completely and hold on the eject button then turn the power on. You want the first thing the player does is to eject the disk without trying to read it first.
I hope it works let me know if it doesn't and i'll try and recreate the problem on my player and see what i can do to get the disk out.
The last resort is to manually take the disk out but lets cross that bridge if my suggestion above doesn't work.

time. If you successeed in ejecting the disk before the player starts
reading TOC(disk initial track), then the disk will eject.

Hi, For some reason the disk will not play. You push the eject button over and over again, but the disk slot will not open. Here's one solution... * 1 Turn off the DVD player. Wait a few minutes, turn the DVD player back on, and then press the "eject" button. If this does not work, turn it off and unplug the DVD player...while you keep pushing EJECT button plug the DVD and turn it on (your hand still on the eject..) is should come out.. * 2 ..if it does not eject , unplug the DVD player again, Remove the screws off DVD on the sides and take off the DVD casing. * 3 Look for the DVD holder inside the DVD player. This device holds the DVD in place while the DVD player reads the disk. * 4 Push the stuck DVD disk toward the front of the DVD player until the DVD ejects. Remember the DVD player is not on and some force ( gentle ! ) must be applied. * 5 While it is open,plug it on and place a DVD disc just to see if mechanism works properly.. * 6 Replace the casing and the screws. Plug the player in and turn it on. Put another DVD in to test whether the player is finally working .. Hope this helps!.. A temporary solution would be to use a paperclip to eject it; usually, any disk drive has a little hole that a paperclip can be stuck into which forces it to eject.
there should be a load button some where on the head unit what for it to indicate that it is OK to insert another **** then press load again to change disk there should be a disk button to eject the cd just choose what disk to eject eg cd 4 then press eject
