SOURCE: bryant programmable thermostat will switch on furnace

Turn the power off to the Air handler unit.
Remove the thermostat from the wall, (Just the face part).
Look on the back side of the thermostat and verify that the jumpers are set to electric and not gas, otherwise the fan will not run during heat mode, they come from the factory usually set for gas.
If this is a electric heater this will solve your problem, If it is gas then it will be more detailed. Once you put it back on keep in mind that most thermostats have a 3-5 minute delay so just give it a little time and the fan should then work once you have the jumpers in the correct position.

Bryant plus 80 furnace no fan/ operation , yellow constant flashing light code , power to furnace was rerouted during remodel and since then furnace stopped working. Any suggestions ?

You need to have/ know the "fault code" chart for that specific furnace. Count the number of flashes and refer to chart. Look on the inside of the furnace blower door or other panel. Also look up on internet and print it off. If the furnace was allowed to run during the remodel it voids the warranty automatically. Read the installation manual.
Try resetting the electronic board by turning the power off then back on.

Why is my furnace filter dirty after 3 days

depends on what you are calling dirty which is relative to each person
Are they so dirty they are clogged or do they just have dust on them
IF they are just dusty then that is normal and it is being pulled from inside the house
If you have a pet door that will cause a lot of dust
The only other way is if there is a hole in the attic or your return air somewhere

Bryant plus 80 heat exchager is cracked, i'm looking for a replacement heat exchanger

Hate to tell you but heat exchangers are hard to match up. Unless it is relatively new then in most cases they have a warranty of 10 years. So you will have to replace furnace. You might be able to find a used furnace or go to web site and enter model number of your Bryant to get replacement.

You have not mentioned if the vent pipe has any anti-vibration mounts or not. If not, use rubber mounts to suspend the vent. It may be transmitting your noise.
