If you mean by restarting is like when you restart the computer or Windows, you just need to close the browser window, then open it again.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I need to download Lowe's Virtual Room Designer, and to complete the process, they told me to restart my browser. How do I restart my browser? Confused.

Okay... you probably know what restarting your computer means.. When they tell you to restart your browser, that simply means that you have to get out of the browser you are working in. In your case, it appears that you're using Safari. In my case, for example, it would be Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. If you simply close down and get out of ALL of your active windows, and then reopen Safari or whatever you're working on, that should do it. If things don't seem to work how they're supposed to, you can always just restart the whole computer. That way, you KNOW you've restarted your browser.

Youtube video is not play in my lg gs290

Try some of these things:

1. restart browser (internet explorer, firefox, or other browser). - If you leave the browser open for too long sometimes the videos do not play because of a software problem.

2. restart computer - sometimes restarting browser is not enough. you need to try restarting pc

3. if all else fails, try going to adobe.com and download the "flash player" again to make the movies start again. use this address for the flash player: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

I hope this helps.

How to upgrade your google browser?

Updates are available if the wrench icon on the browser toolbar shows a little arrow chrome_95414_update_notification.gif. To apply the update, just follow the steps below.
  1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Update Google Chrome.
  3. In the confirmation dialog that appears, click Restart. The browser saves your opened tabs and windows and reopens them automatically when it restarts. If you'd prefer not to restart right away, click Not now. The next time you restart your browser, the update will automatically be applied.

Try deleting temporary files and restarting the web browser. This is done differently across each web browser. Usually, you can find the "Delete Temporary Files" button in the options. Once you do that, restart the web browser and try again.

I have emptied my browser cache - how do I restart it?

Restart your browser caching?

Which browser are you using?

With Explorer and Firefox you can go into tools->options and set caching preferences.

If your browser isn't starting I would try:
1. Restarting your computer and trying again
2. Trying to run your browser in the normal fashion.

If that doesn't work I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the software or trying to do an install/repair first.

Typically when reinstalling software I recommend restarting your machine after every step (ie. Uninstall - restart; Reinstall - restart)

If this doesn't work let me know and provide as many details as possible. (IT People love details)
