Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player
Hey, i did what you said...i think, i went to downloads and got the general updater for sandisk, installed it, plugged in my player, and no response. my player is still frozen on the same screen. did i download the correct thing?
Then I would send the player into the company, they will replace it, as it is faulty, I checked!
