Check the climate control heater switch, it may be defective. (Stucked in the "ON" position.)

The climate control is a switch operated DC electric
heater. Its primary function is to warm the frame of the
refrigerator during high temperature/high humidity
conditions. This prevents the formation of condensation
on the metal frame.
To check the switch, disconnect the wires and do a
continuity check. In the OFF position, there should be
no continuity. In the ON position, there should be a
continuity reading.

To check the heater itself, do an ohms resistance
reading on the heater wire by using a properly calibrated
ohm meter. The proper ohms reading is 34 ohms
± 10%. The approximate amp draw is less than .5 (1/2)

NOTE: The climate control will draw DC power continuously.
It should be turned off when charging source is
not available.

Also check the ELECTRODE

First, do a visual check for cracks or breaks on the
ceramic insulator. Verify the mounting bracket is attached
properly to the electrode. If either of the above is found, replace the electrode. The spark gap must be set at three sixteenths (3/16") of an inch and tip of electrode above the slots in the burner. If igniter (see Sec. 5.5A or B) and high voltage cable
(see Sec. 5.6A or B) are good and there is no spark at
the tip of the electrode, replace the electrode.

1991 dodge dakota heater vacuum air flow shutters son't move

Taking your heating box apart may be a really big job.
It would be good to check the vacuum supply at the heater box, and/or at the controls.
Lack of sufficient vacuum can cause the heater to not work.
The low vacuum could be due to a vacuum leak somewhere before it gets to the controls or the heater box.
Then, the heater box or flaps could be stuck or warped, causing malfunction.
It is all repairable, but can cost you a lot of time and effort fixing this.
God bless your efforts.

Spinning right and in going circles

Inside the lower body is a small rectangular box with a red disk on top. This is a gear box that control the left, right, and straight running time for the pool cleaner. A small rock or a leaf can jam these gears and it will no longer change direction. Very easy to fix if this is the only problem. Worst case, buy a new gear box and replace the one that is in there.

I have a 1990 lumina apv. Lately When I have the heater going I cannot turn the heat down. I lower the "thermostat" to cooler but it remains hot. I can lower the blower speed but not get it to...

You need to check the blend door on the heater box to see if it is working by hand. The door is behind the glove box near top of heater box.Make sure it is connected to its control lever

Energy smart hot water heater not giving ample amount of hot water both elements ohm at 12.5

For images and product information
For manual

You checked ohms, did you check for 240V across lower element when lower element is turned on?

Energy smart electric water heater
has a control box on top of unit. Water heater does not have typical thermostats that can be tested and replaced. Temperature sensors located above each element send information to control box through small black and red wires. Temperature sensor sells for about $40, but there is no test listed that shows how to determine when sensors fail.

Potential problems:
-Temperature sensor is not reading correct temp
-Control box not processing correct temperature information
-Selector on control box set to 2, 3 or 4
-Thermostat temp on control box set lower than 120 degrees F
-Sediment build-up starting to surround lower element so water doesn't circulate (see if drain valve runs full-open

AC & Heater Fan on fast spped only

Most of the time this is a bad "blower motor resistor". It is easy to replace. You will find your behind the glove box in the ac/heater (evaporator) housing. Below is a pic of the resistor as it is seen from behind the glove box. 1. resistor assembly. 2. harness 3. fasteners (2). 4. lower edge of glove box. (open).

It may be bad thermostat terminals of the water heater, or, alternatively, the very top heating element is in need of replacement. See this handy diagnostic article for more info:
