I have an Sentry 3100 and it wont open. I dialed the correct combination but now the handle is stuck and wont budge. The dial is stuck to the last number as well. Help!

You need a locksmith. The handle will only work when the dial is freed up and the combination dialed in correctly. Cheapest idea is a angle grinder on the sides or back.
