Question about Compaq CQ60-215DX Notebook
This makes me believe that your laptop has a memory problem. I suggest you to power off your laptop and eject the battery. Unscrew the screws that hold the memory cover. If the problem disapear after that well done. If not you have to replace the memory module(s) with new ones.
More details about memory modules for your laptop you can finh at this official link.
