You will need the paper instructions that come with the remote. Then look up make and model and follow instructions carefully. sorry. can't help more without having it my hand.
I am guessing that you have a cable box ?
You may have accidentally changed the input setting on your TV.
Press input button on the TV Remote Control.
Take note of what the setting is now, in case you have to go back to it. If changing the input does not get your picture back, make sure that you return it to its original setting.
if you mean that you cant get any sound on your computer control panel sounds and audio,volume you can adjust the volume or advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers or audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have selected the right speakers or control panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager scroll to sound,video and game cotrollers could be a yellow question mark? right click to re-install drivers hope this helps
