Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
My printer comes up cannot detect red ink cancel printing. I held resume so that I could carry on printing but this did not work. I refilled my cartridge and wonder if this is part of fault. But I cannot print now and this message keeps coming up. I've turned it off, I've pulled out the cables and put them in again. I still cannot escape this message.
Using refilled cartridges is not at all recommended as it may damage the firware of the printer. I request you to replace the refilled cartridges with genuine ones and I am sure that should resolve the issue.
