First of all start the Internet Explorer, click on tools, internet settings, for advanced users and click on both restore defaults buttons. Restart Internet Explore, as you will be prompt, and click on the apropiate buttons to make the settings back to normal. Go to tools, windows update and let the system take all the updates that is needed. After that your Internet Explorer will be updated and functional.

When I go to download adobe or anything the computer shuts out of internet explorer, then when you click on the internet it says restore session. What is wrong with the computer?

There's nothing wrong with the computer. But I'm suspecting that you have a corrupted Internet Explorer. Try to optimize the browser by deleting the Cookies and Temporary Internet File. Please follow the steps below:

1. Run Internet Explorer
2. Click on Tools > Internet Options...
3. Click the Delete button under the Browsing History.
4. Select Cookies, Temporary Internet files
5. Close and re-open the Internet Explorer

If same problem occured, try using Mozilla Firefox. If the issue would be resolved in using Firefox, then the Internet Explorer is corrupted and needs to be updated.

Have a great day!
